“All this talk about Love, what the heck is It?” Sunday Service July 11, 2021 We are very delighted to welcome back Meredith Hardee* as our guest lay leader for this Sunday’s service at the Temenos Farmhouse. This service includes an except written by Emmanuel Swedenborg, “To love the Lord means to do uses (service to love) from him and for his sake.  To love the neighbor means to do uses to the church, to one’s country, to human society, and to the fellow citizen.  To be in the Lord means to be a use.” (On Divine Love and Divine Wisdom, 13, 35).   Outdoor seating in the beautiful garden courtyard will also be available with an audio feed (weather permitting). For GPS directions to the Farmhouse, please use 681 Broad Run Road, West Chester, PA 19382.   This service will be livestreaming on our Facebook page at 10am and will later be available on our YouTube account “Temenos Community.” Facebook Event link: https://fb.me/e/WjAKpiXk   If you would like to donate at this time, please do so during our service or send a check payable to “Temenos” or “FNJS” at Temenos Retreat 1564 Telegraph Road West Chester, Pa. 19382.   *About our guest lay leader: Meredith Hardee, PhD (in pastoral counseling) is a Mother of two and Grandmother of three. She has continued to work in inpatient treatment for drug, alcohol, and mental health issues for the past 20 years. Meredith was baptized into the Swedenborg church in the early 2000s.  She found Temenos through a Gestalt training program, where she walked into the library and saw books on life after death and “knew I was home.”   “Above All Else, Love”
